Product Description
The Big Stuff 3 electronic fuel management system has become the preferred choice of racers simply because it’s “the most” technologically advanced, cost effective SEFI powertrain management system on the market.
The intuitive BigComm software enables real-time calibration and measurement of all engine management control variables via a serial PC link. The GEN3 PRO SEFI electronics are housed in a black powder coated aluminum extruded enclosure with integrated rubber isolator mounting provisions. The aesthetically pleasing, nylon braided, MWH and IWH use OEM style Packard and TYCO terminals and connectors. Gold plated terminals are used for the (2) 6-way MWH-to-WBO2 connections. The GEN3 PRO SEFI system is compatible with most GM style EFI sensors and actuators. It can also be “software configured” to be compatible with many OEM and aftermarket electronic and inductive pick-up (IPU) ignition systems.

- “Wide Band Oxygen” (WB02) air/fuel ratio control functionality eliminates “left and right bank” base engine and transient fuel calibration guess work by providing accurate and consistent air/fuel ratio control (9.5:1 to 15.9:1)
- The individual cylinder fuel and spark compensation allows intake manifold inefficiencies to be “calibrated out”
OPTIONS and UPGRADES
- LS1 vs. LS2/LS7 – LS1 systems require a 24x crank trigger wheel, LS2/LS7 requires a 58x trigger wheel
- DAI option - on-board data acquisition feature allows selected powertrain management variables to be recorded in real-time as fast as 50 times a second, with 10-bit resolution, for up to 5.5 minutes. Once recorded, the data can be analyzed off-line with the BigComm software
- GM Transmission option – Controlling a GM electronic transmission can be handled by your BS3, with this upgrade, eliminating the need for a stand alone module.
- DAE option – this external data acquisition option allows you to record data on additional channels not available through the BS3. *Note* additional sensors must be purchased separately
- 16 Fuel Injector option
- Traction Control upgrade – Assisting your ability to deliver power to the ground is this traction control upgrade (see accessories below)
- CAN Bus Upgrade – Running a Race Pac dash becomes much simpler with this upgrade which allows the dash to read all of the engine sensors the BS3 uses (see accessories below)

Accessories
This 3 bar MAP sensor provides accurate boost pressure information to aftermarket or GM computers using aftermarket software (3 bar / approx 30 psi boost). We also offer a connector accessory kit for upgrading from a different sensor. $99.99 | Knowing your inlet air temperature is critical to your vehicles systems. This optional upgrade allows your Big Stuff 3 to transmit all of the engine sensors which it monitors, to the RacePak.
