RHS LS Race Block

The new RHS™ LS Race Block is designed from a high-strength, A357-T6 aluminum material and is hardened using a unique solidification and cooling process. To correct the limitations of the factory GM LS7 block, the RHS™ block is designed for maximum clearance to utilize a bigger stroke and minimize windage in the rotating assembly. To ensure the most favorable wall thickness, RHS™ used a CAD tactic known as Dynamic Sectioning, which was also used to verify maximum precision during CNC machining. When you put together the added clearance for increased stroke, CAD-based CNC precision and extra material to allow machining, you get the benchmark of LS horsepower, torque and durability.
